James has been passionate about sport from an early age. moving through space with speed and serenity was exhilarating for him, and so sprinting and competitive downhill skiing defined these feelings.

With over 15 years’ experience in coaching – skiing, tennis and personal training – james has built up an extensive framework of observations of how humans move and interact within their sporting environment.

To broaden his skill set he explored techniques in bodywork and breathwork. in collaboration with other coaches and bodyworkers he was able to exorcise his injuries and establish new patterns that aided enhanced movement and responsiveness.

As a human, being present and having effortless functionality of the body is fundamental to our daily performance. as a coach, it is about enabling this process whilst imparting various techniques and strategies to each client to ensure continued expansion.

His clients range from sportspeople to personal trainers, skiers to adventure athletes, as well as those looking for ownership of their mind and body.

James lives in north London with his wife and baby boy.
